Lost In The Margalla Forest

Have you ever been in a situation where you didn’t know how in the world you would get out of it? Well, this summer I had one of those.

So, this is how my journey started. I went along with my couple of  friends at the Trail 5 Margalla Hills which is known for been the most famous and beautiful hiking track with lots of WaterFalls near by. The trail 5 is a phenomenal place with some beautiful rest resorts where people usually come for picnics, spend leisure time and enjoy. Well let me tell you people that this was not the first time that we people were experiencing Trail 5. We hiked often many time.

But this time ,it was not a good day for us. We started our hike at trail 5 at 8am morning. It was Sunday and the weather was quite pleasent. The sun was covered with dark clouds and the sunlight passing through the clouds was giving a very facinating affect.

We started to enjoy our morning hike by looking at the beautiful weather and greenery all around. The silence and sounds of the birds wisper created a musical affect all around us in the morning. We stopped at different water springs that came in our way...

Now an important Experience which I wanted to share it with people is that while we were in the middle of our journey and heading towards our destination. We people found that the routes(track)

Got blur and disappeared after half of our journey was covered. Due to the non maintenance of tracks. The plants grew so big and wild because of their season that they covered the tracks and sign boards of the correct way. The wild bushes become a cause of danger for us and literally injured us during our travel.

   There was a stage that all the routes got finished at one point.

We got de-tracked when we struggled to find out own way from the wild bushes ,plants and flowers There were no Mobile signal at that place where we could call for help at the helpline. Our GPS again wasn't working due to bad signals.

      Well we didn't got afraid and we kept struggling hard to find the correct way to our destination because we friends knew that there was no way back home and neither we can call anyone for help. So we kept climbing the mountains to find the way and prayed to Allah for help...

Allah almighty great that after our 8 hours of struggle while climbing up mountains. We climbed more the then 5 mountains. Allah helped us, gave us the courage, will and strength that We finally found out the road and when we checked yourselves that where are we on the Google map. We found ourselves in KPK province which amazed us for a while that where we have been reached But we were happy for the fact that we had finally reached to somewhere where we can go back to our home and families.
