Crying without reason, crying in front of mirror, saying "I'm fine everyday to alott of people" , saying yup  I'm happy despite of the fact that you are miserably upset.. Allah na kary aesa ho. But many of us are going through it.
Sleepless nights
Feeling empty
Lifeless
Doing nothing
No motivation
Feeling scared
Destructive thoughts
Hugging your ownself and crying
Tired of scrolling YouTube
No relief
Hard to get off of bed

And much more..
All such symptoms lead to anxiety. You feel that you are dead and everybody is alive. It happens due to alot of reasons. Past haunts you, Superiority inferiority complex, your  guilt.
